Three Phase Motor
A three phase motor includes an additional wire providing voltage to the system. In the three phase configuration, there are at least 3 wires, and 6 coils placed around the rotor. They are equally spaced 120 degrees apart from each other. This configuration means that three phase motors are able to provide more constant current as the rotor spins. The logic is simple, with a single phase configuration the rotor is only able to deliver current at a single contact point for every 360 degree rotation. In a three phase motor, it is able to deliver current 3 times for every rotation. The result is that three phase motors are 150% more powerful than an equivalent single phase motor.

Internal composition
Stator frame
The stator frame is the exterior of the motor. The function of the stator frame is to provide support for the stator core and the stator windings. It provides mechanical strength to the internal parts of the motor. Depending on the application, the frame is made of die-cast or assembled steel, aluminium/aluminium alloy or stainless steel.
Stator cores
The function of the stator core is to carry the alternating magnetic flux that generates hysteresis and eddy current losses. These stampings are insulated from each other by means of varnish. All stampings are stamped together in the shape of the stator core and are fixed to the stator frame.
Stator winding
The stator windings are placed in the available stator slots inside the stator core. Three-phase windings are placed as stator windings. A three-phase power supply is also provided for the stator windings. The number of poles of the motor depends on the internal connections of the stator winding, which will determine the speed of the motor.

There are two ways of carton packing, foam and EPE Foam. EPE Foam is a new buffering and joltproof packing material with good heat resisting, damp proof, wear preventing and anti-corroding function. Customers can choose for themselves.
