Standard Voltages are 380v-420 50Hz and 440-480 60Hz

 

Insulation

The insulation system's components are chosen to provide adequate defense against air humidity, chemically hostile gasses, and vapors.

According to IEC60085, all materials used to insulate the winding and winding ends fall under one of the insulating classes F or H:

-Copper wires insulated with enamel and having a temperature index of 200°C (Class F);

-Class F insulating sheet on polyester basis;

-Impregnation using polyester resin-modified fenolic resins (Class F);

IEC60085 specifies the minimum temperature for insulating materials.

CONVERTER FED APPLICATION

 

IE1 three phase motors are appropriate for applications requiring variable or constant speed, such as pumps, fans, compressors, textile machines, and mechanical machines. An externally driven fan is used when the motor is running at a speed less than 50% of its rated speed while carrying a steady load.
