ADVANTAGES OF PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR SYNCHRONOUS

High Efficiency

Permanent magnets generate magnetic fields, avoiding excitation loss. The external characteristic efficiency curve of permanent magnet synchronous motors has a higher efficiency value at light loads, and can achieve greater power and torque output at low efficiency; the stator copper loss of the motor is small and the efficiency is high; the direct drive system driven by permanent magnet synchronous motors eliminates the gearbox and improves the transmission efficiency.

Structural Advantages

Simple structure, small size and noise. High-performance permanent magnet materials provide excitation, the given power is small, and the power factor of permanent magnet synchronous motors is not affected by the number of motor poles. If the motor support system allows, the number of motor poles can be designed to be more, the corresponding motor volume is small, and the direct material cost of the motor is low.
